Dear partners in ministry,

The goal of AIM AIR is to provide safe, reliable & economical air service, specifically in support of ministries that are also working towards ‘Christ-centered churches among all African peoples‘.

We take seriously our role in fulfilling the Great Commission that Christ left us with. In order to support you most effectively, we must maintain close communication and partnership with you and your ministry. I am writing you today to let you know of a way you can help us serve you better:

In order to bolster the level of partnership between your ministry and AIM AIR, we have initiated an Approved User Policy. Because AIM AIM’s vision is specific and our resources are both limited and subsidized, we are eager to partner with those ministries that advance a similar vision. The implementation of this policy simply means we need you to complete a short application that gives us current contact information for you and also summarizes your work here in Africa. The completion of this brief AIM AIR User Application will be required before your next flight booking with AIM AIR. Again, this process is vital because it will help us collect the contact information that is so vital for us to provide you with the best service possible.

If you have feedback, questions or concerns, my office door is always open when you stop by our Wilson Airport office in Nairobi. Our people in Lokichoggio, Entebbe and Juba are also eager to hear how we can serve you better. You can always e-mail me as well.

Sincerely,

Dale Hamilton
